About You:

– Passionate about plants and gardens

– Knowledgeable in horticulture with a strong desire to learn and grow

– Excellent communication skills

– Able to work well in a close-knit team and show initiative

– Experienced in garden maintenance

– Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organisation

– Reliable, flexible, and punctual

– Professional appearance and adherence to health and safety procedures

– Full driving license essential

Responsibilities:

– Maintain gardens to a high standard

– Keep the van clean and stocked with tools

– Report any issues promptly

– Participate in staff meetings

– Manage team tasks effectively

– Play a semi-managerial role to ensure smooth operations and foster growth

Working Hours:

– 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, occasionally 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

– 5 days per week with a 30-minute paid lunch break

Wage and options:

– Wage (TBC on application)

– Full-time position with a 3-month trial period

– Potential for a contract and promotion for the right candidate

– Company van for the right candidate
